Ive been taking Raw Milk regularly (about 2-3 liters a week) for 3 weeks and counting now.
I cant report any health benefits to speak of, but I have an observation. Raw milk and store bought milk both make me sleepy. But Store bought milk blocks up my throat and nose with mucus. This simply does not happen with raw milk...even when I add 2 teaspoons of raw cream to my glass of raw milk.
Is that a big difference health-wise? Honestly I dont know... but it is a stark difference nonetheless.
