My Grandfather had a Dairy when I was a child and I always drank the raw milk. My brother and I spent the summers with our Grandparents helping in Dairy operations. When the summer was over we would freeze several gallons to take home with us. He sold his dairy when I was a teenager, and I gave up milk then too. The stuff out of the store tasted like water compared to the raw milk.
I honestly think that is the reason I have had no broken bones in my life in spite of the accidents I have had. I am now over 50 and Doctors always comment that my bone density is very good for a woman my age, I think because I drank so much raw milk.
