        I am so lucky to be able to buy raw milk practically next door, and also free range eggs.
My search for making cottage cheese has come up with too complicated a procedure.  I think all my parents did was let the milk sit and curdle and then hang the curd in cheesecloth from the faucet.
Does anyone know about this?
